general information

session one: ages 8 to 14, session two ages 13 to 18, double session ages 13 & 14

We pride ourselves on offering a full program of activities and creating a supportive, family atmosphere. Our rustic camp lodge on Mt. Hood creates a traditional camp environment where group meetings and meals reinforce the team feel.

If you love action, this camp is for you!
All in all, we spend less time driving to and from the mountain or hanging out during 'free time' and focus more on fun, fitness and what we came here to do... train!

Years of experience show in the details
You'll notice that we have lots of nice, friendly touches and take fun, quality, supervision and safety really seriously. The all-inclusive price* is very popular, too.

While camp is in session parents can access our online Camp Diary for a taste of what we are up to and athletes leave with their own DVD of training video and photos.

*exceptions: We encourage athletes to travel in groups so arrival/departure outside of 'window' may incur taxi fee and chaperones for unaccompanied minors have a fee

Activities

Afternoon activities are a fun mix of dryland fitness training and team sports. There is a communal hang out and dining area at camp, although we don't stop for long... evening activities alternate between something active outdoors and something technical in the lodge.
You'll learn tips for you to gain the technical advantage in competition, through video analysis, ski preparation and tuning.
Our afternoon activities are the most fun and because everything is included in the price of camp, you can do it all! After lunch you find out which activity your group is heading off to, grab your pack and go. The best thing is that the same coaches that are on the hill with you, also go to afternoon activities along with the counselors, so you get to hang out all day.

Activities Include:
Rock climbing, whitewater rafting, hiking, trail running, mountain biking, pool workouts, Ultimate Frisbee, soccer, team sports, rugby, weight training, alpine slide, mini golf, go karts, yoga, video analysis, mental rehearsal technique workshops, boot fitting clinics, ski tuning clinics, equipment testing.
