Lisa has over twelve years experience running sports camp programs including horseback riding director & assistant director of Windridge Tennis & Sports Camps in VT, Tahoe Extreme Sports camp in CA and was an Accreditation visitor for the American Camp Association. Lisa is also an English and Science teacher with a C.Ed. University of West of England. She is a certified Yoga Teacher with Kripalu & Yoga Alliance and offers daily yoga classes in Mt. Hood. At camp, Lisa can be found running the office, updating the website with photos and news for the camp diary and enjoying afternoon activities. Rock climbing and hiking are her favorites. Lisa competes in fall trail running races. Lisa has worked with kids at camp and in the classroom for more than 15 years and brings her kind, nurturing way to the ski camp family.

As head coach and 'on-hill program designer', David makes the training sessions tick. Having coached kids for 22 years, David's knowledge, experience and love for the sport of ski racing and it's athletes has been a big factor in the success of the camps. David has coached J1-2 athletes to U.S. Nationals and J3 athletes to Topolino Games and Whistler Cup.. His high energy and the strange ability to act like a kid 24 hours a day are what keeps everyone smiling. He is an experienced rock climber and bike racer.

Camp Nurse
Greg has been with us in Mt. Hood since our very first camp and is brilliant with all athletes. He trains nurses in emergency procedures and specializes in snowsports andwilderness safety. Nurse Greg is on the hill in the mornings and has a well equipped nurse's station in the heart of Gov'y for any visits; no matter how small or large. Greg brings with him a team of ER nurses who also assist him in caring for U.S. Elite campers. |

Mt. Hood and Copper Coach
The head coach at Plymouth State University, Topher returns to U.S. Elite for his fifth camp with us. Topher raced for Edry while at New Hampton School in New Hampshire. He went on to race in college for a year at St. Michaels and then for 3 years at Plymouth State. Topher just completed his first year as Head Coach of the PSU Panthers where his men's team won the National Slalom Championships! |

Mt. Hood Coach
Dylan is a J3 coach and equipment manager at Stratton Mountain School. Two seasons ago he was Program Director and head coach at Vermont's famed Suicide Six club. Dylan has coached FIS level athletes at Killington Mountain School and is a GMVS graduate. |

Steelie is an assistant men's and women's J3 coach at Mt Mansfield ski club in Stowe, Vt.
Former Head J4 coach, Wachussett Mt Race team, Princeton, Ma. 2005-2008
Steelie graduated in 2004 with a B.A. in English and writing from St.
Lawrence university. She grew up racing out of central division in
Wisconsin and attended high school at Rowmark Ski Academy in Park City,
Utah. Along with being a full time coach, Steelie is an 8th and 9th grade
English teacher at Mt. Mansfield winter academy.
